Phone Number Normalization Rule

It would be extremely helpful to have a configurable rule in Zengine that automatically normalizes phone numbers entered on text or number fields into a consistent format (e.g., (XXX) XXX-XXXX or +1 XXX-XXX-XXXX).

Use Case:
Applicants often enter phone numbers in a variety of formats - some with dashes, some with parentheses, others with no formatting at all. Inconsistent formatting creates challenges for reporting, integrations, and automated communications. Currently, administrators must manually clean and reformat phone numbers via imports or individual record edits, which is inefficient and prone to error.

A phone number normalization rule would help ensure consistency, improve data quality, and reduce administrative workload.
